The PRTSAVINF Command — Print Save Information

n this issue, Carsten Flensburg provides a great utility to help you in your backup and recovery plan. If you have not saved objects, it will be impossible to restore them. The command this issue is PRTSAVINF (Print Save Information). It lets you easily spot unsaved objects as holes in your plan.

The PRTSAVINF command produces two lists with save information. One list displays information about when the system save commands like SAVSYS, SAVCFG, and SAVSECDTA were last run. The other list displays save information for either the specified libraries or for the objects in the specified libraries.
