Process File Lock (PrcFilLck) Utility

Are you beside yourself as to what to do when a file is locked when you need to save, move, change, or perform some other important operation that requires exclusive access? Carsten Flensburg has written a very helpful utility that can help. PrcFilLck determines, for a given file, which jobs have a lock on the file and either sends a break message or ends the jobs.
